Aditya Infotech, leading electronic surveillance solutions firm and exclusive distributor of the brand name “CP Plus”, opened strongly in the stock market with a listing premium of over 50%. Initial Public Offering (IPO), which remained open from July 29 to July 31, 2025, witnessed tremendous investor interest, thereby fetching a total subscription of 106 times.

The IPO had a fresh issue totaling ₹500 crore and an OFS of ₹800 crore by the promoters. The price band was fixed at ₹640 and ₹675 per share, and the issue price was fixed at ₹675. The investors were upbeat, particularly institutional investors, with expectations rising ahead of listing.

Prior to listing in the market, the company’s shares were garnering a grey market premium (GMP) ranging from ₹300 to ₹305, reflecting a healthy margin. As per estimates, shares were listed at ₹1,018 on the BSE and ₹1,015 on the NSE, returning a 50.8% and 50.4% return, respectively, on the issue price.

The Aditya Infotech’s financials also supported investor sentiment. The company reported FY25 revenue of ₹3,123 crore and net profit of ₹351 crore, representing a 205% rise in profit over the last year. The funds raised will be used primarily for repayment of outstanding dues of ₹375 crore and general corporate expenses.
