Key Background
The National Testing Agency (NTA) officially released the exam city intimation slip for the NEET UG 2025 examination on April 23, 2025. The slip informs applicants where the test center will be conducted so that they can book travel and accommodation in advance. Applicants will need to log in with their application number and birth date to see the slip. But this is not the admit card and no information of the exact address of the exam center has been given here.
NEET UG 2025 will be held on Sunday, 4th May 2025, from the afternoon session of 2 PM to 5 PM. The medical entrance test will be conducted at 566 cities of which 552 are in India and 14 are international cities outside India. Including an approximated 5,000 centres for testing, NTA looks forward to presenting a smooth and hassle-free experience to over 23 lakh examinees, who have registered to appear for the test.
Admit card to appear for the examination is most probably to be released on or before 1st May 2025. Printing and downloading of admit card will be necessary for the candidate, and the same shall bear the name of the candidate, candidate’s photograph, roll number of the candidate, address of the centre of examination, reporting time, and some extremely essential exam instructions. Admit card and original identification photograph shall grant entry into the examination centre.
It will be wise on the part of students to login to the official website at regular intervals for messages and be adequately prepared with papers and things. Proper precautions should be made to adhere to the NTA guidelines and reach the center in good time on the day of the exam so that there will be no eleventh-hour inconvenience.
