Motorola has launched the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion smartphone in India, bringing advanced camera features, artificial intelligence tools and a large battery to the mid-premium segment. The device is now available through Flipkart, the company’s official website, and major retail stores across the country.
The smartphone costs ₹26,999, but bank and exchange offers lower the price to ₹24,999. Motorola aims to attract users looking for premium features at a competitive price.
The Edge 70 Fusion focuses strongly on photography. It features a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 710 primary camera with optical image stabilisation. The setup also includes a 13-megapixel ultra-wide and macro lens and a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The device supports AI-powered photography tools, 4K video recording, and HDR video across lenses. The camera system also offers Pantone-validated colours and skin tones for natural image reproduction.
The smartphone includes a 6.78-inch Super HD Extreme AMOLED quad-curved display. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and peak brightness of up to 5200 nits, delivering clear visuals for videos, gaming, and everyday use.
The device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 mobile platform with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Motorola also added vapor chamber cooling to keep it performing well during heavy tasks.
The Edge 70 Fusion comes with a 7000mAh battery that lasts up to 52 hours. It charges quickly using 68W TurboPower fast charging.
The phone also introduces AI features such as Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI through Motorola’s motoAI 2.0 system.
The device runs Android 16 with Hello UI and comes with three operating system upgrades and five years of security updates. Motorola says the smartphone also offers durability with MIL-STD-810H certification, IP68 and IP69 protection, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The Edge 70 Fusion is available in Pantone-inspired colours, including Blue Surf, Country Air, and Silhouette.
