Where others allowed themselves to be duped by some misleading spiritual advice, one woman did not hesitate to make a stand. She educated herself; she prepared and then went out into the field with a clear mandate to provide real and informed healing to those who were most in need.
That woman is Harshda Abhijeet Desai, and in the present day, she is being acknowledged for her commitment in the Maharashtra Excellence Awards 2026 where she will be receiving the designation as The Women Expert in Energies Reading and Spiritual Healing in Maharashtra.
This was not an instant accomplishment; rather, it was the result of hard work, perseverance, and commitment. Because her journey began not with ambition, but with awareness.
A Career Born from Conviction
Harshda started her professional journey by building a strong foundation, studying akshic record, gaining crystal knowledge, completing specialised courses in crystal identification, and accumulating hands-on practical experience. She stayed consistent, kept refining her skills, and allowed her curiosity to lead her deeper into a field that most people barely understood.
But what truly set her on this path was something she witnessed close to home. The people around her were falling prey to fraud, misinformation, false promises, and manipulation dressed up as spiritual guidance. She could not look away.
“I felt a strong urge to take action, I began reading extensively, and through this process, I gained a deeper understanding of how I could genuinely assist people,” she says
She made it her mission to offer something real, knowledge grounded in study, service rooted in integrity, and guidance that worked. That conviction became the engine of everything she built.
Leading from the Front
Harshda describes her leadership style as people-centric. She leads by setting an example rather than simply setting expectations. She keeps communication open, deliberately builds trust, and makes decisions guided by honesty and accountability.
“I consider the potential impact of my decisions on others, and I strive to remain impartial in every situation,” she explains
It is a style that earns loyalty from clients, from her team, and from the wider community that has come to rely on her.
Turning Obstacles into Lessons
The early days were not easy. Like any professional charting new territory, Harshda faced uncertainty, pressure, and the very real challenge of building credibility in a field that invites scepticism. One of her most persistent struggles was sourcing high-quality crystals and making them available to people at fair, reasonable prices without compromising on the guidance that accompanied them.
She reached out across India, built relationships with suppliers, and earned the trust needed to ensure reliable delivery. She followed up thoroughly with clients after resolving their concerns, checking that they continued to apply the recommended practices. She refused to treat her work as transactional.
“The greatest obstacle I faced was grappling with uncertainty and pressure. I overcame it by remaining calm, focusing on what I could learn, and refusing to give up,” she reflects
Those early struggles sharpened her. She emerged from them more resilient, more self-assured, and more certain than ever that she was on the right path.
Staying Ahead in a Changing World
Harshda keeps herself updated on new developments, listens closely to her clients’ evolving needs, and looks for better ways to serve them. She encourages her team to share ideas freely, try new approaches, and adapt without fear.
“I lead by example staying positive, open to change, and ready to try new things. This helps the team stay confident and flexible in any situation,” she says
Her core business philosophy rests on three pillars: consistency, strong relationships, and continuous learning. She sets clear goals, works steadily toward them, and never stops refining her process.
Recognition Earned, Not Given
Among her achievements, Harshda holds the Maharashtra Rajbhushan Award, which recognises her as a distinguished entrepreneur of Maharashtra. It is a significant honour, but she is quick to point out what means more to her.
The greatest reward of my journey has been the complete trust that people have placed in me. In my line of work, trust is of paramount importance,” she says
That trust built one consultation, one follow-up, one honest conversation at a time is the real measure of her success.
A Word for the Next Generation
To young people looking to make a difference, Harshda’s message is direct and sincere: believe in yourself, start small, and stay consistent. Learn continuously. Build your character alongside your career. And when the road gets hard, because it will, do not stop.
“Challenges are part of the journey. If you stay dedicated, you can truly make a positive difference in the world,” she says. Harshda Abhijeet Desai did not wait for the world to make space for her. She stepped forward, stood firm, and carved out a path entirely her own.
